Workforce Development Strategic Solutions—WDSS—is Leeper Construction's specialized team for connecting people to construction careers and helping industry partners find the talent they need.
We work alongside community organizations, clients, and trade partners to connect people with training, resources, and meaningful job opportunities. These services are provided free of charge as part of Leeper Construction's commitment to strengthening the community and the construction workforce.
