01A transformative mixed-use innovation district bringing medical education, research, care, housing, and community together.
Developed with Atrium Health, Wake Forest School of Medicine, and Wexford Science & Technology, The Pearl is anchored by Charlotte’s first four-year medical school.
02A patient-centered regional hospital combining advanced clinical environments with efficient operational infrastructure.
The campus includes a central utility plant, advanced imaging, a 72-bed patient tower, an eight-bed ICU, eight operating rooms, and a fully integrated pneumatic tube system.
03Critical infrastructure supporting one of the nation’s busiest airports and a more efficient passenger experience.
The program includes the Central Energy Plant and Terminal Lobby Expansion, with expanded security, ticketing and baggage areas plus an eight-lane elevated roadway canopy.
04A major renovation and expansion creating more flexible meeting space and a stronger connection to Uptown transit.
The project added meeting and conference capacity, a pedestrian bridge to the Stonewall light rail station, and an integrated public art experience.
05Central Piedmont’s largest facility and a new front door for student learning, connection, and performance.
The Parr Center brings together the Hagemeyer Library, Student Union, Academic Success Center, a 450-seat theater, maker spaces, podcast rooms, an art gallery, and outdoor terraces.
