Assistant Superintendent
Support day-to-day field coordination so work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standard.
What you'll do
- Monitor jobsite safety, quality, and subcontractor compliance
- Walk the work daily and support short-interval planning
- Maintain clear daily records and communicate field conditions
- Identify scope conflicts and help drive timely resolution
What you'll bring
- At least two years managing construction jobsites
- Ground-up, renovation, or commercial upfit experience
- Strong communication and subcontractor coordination skills
- A strong safety record and commitment to quality
