About This Project
This project consisted of code, accessibility, asbestos abatement and other improvements to the 40,000 SF building originally constructed in 1962. Improvements included building egress compliance, mechanical and electrical upgrades, hazardous material abatement, technology improvements, complete bathroom renovations, casework and a complete finish upgrades throughout the facility. This project was completed in several phases with smaller sub-phases to allow staff and students access to the facilities during construction. The majority of work took place on nights and weekends to maintain a normal environment for the students and faculty.
