Peter Delgado brings 16 years of experience in the construction industry. He is an MBA graduate with record of success in government, military, education, residential and multi-family construction projects.

During the course of his construction career Peter has worked as a superintendent, quality manager, estimator and assistant project manager. He is a former member of the 3rd & 7th Special Forces Group (Green Beret) stationed in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. As former military personnel, his attention to detail, multi-tasking ability and discipline are a positive impact to the success of any project.

Peter is accountable for the project management phase of the construction projects. He is responsible for preparing budgets, schedules, prepares applications for payment, safety, quality control for the various projects and supervision of the work done in the field.

Peter is a board member of The Hispanic's Contractors Association and a member of the Veterans' Network Association of Charlotte. He is also a member of the University of Phoenix Alumni Association and The Special Forces Regiment Association.
