Mr. Morgan is currently serving in the capacity of Senior Project Manager for R.J. Leeper Construction, however has worked in many aspects of the company in his 15 year tenure.
Gary started in the estimating department where he worked for three years learning the skills necessary for estimating and preconstruction services. From there, he migrated toward operations and has held all positions from office engineer, asst. project manager, project manager, to senior project manager. All work that flows through the firm, from preconstruction to close out is surely to be under the supervision of Gary at some point.

His background in all areas of the business have allowed him to develop the skills necessary to offer clients “ Bumper to Bumper” customer service, so that they can rely on one person to attend to their needs whether they are in the beginning of preconstruction or after completion of the work. This customer service liaison business model has been the cornerstone of developing long standing relationships with clients.

Gary has extensive experience in healthcare, church, retail, and institutional work. He is responsible for organizing and moderating Company staff meetings and for follow up with staff concerning task assignments.

Gary is the President of the Athletic Booster Club and Varsity Softball Coach at Lincoln Charter School, and Vice President of the Westport Members Golf association. He has previously worked in the electrical industry and has held both City and State electrical license.
